If you’d like to give it a bash, the best place to start is with a free taster class. This will give you a good idea of what sessions are like and whether CrossFit is for you. Click here to book in.
If after your taster class, you’d like to give it a proper go, you will need to attend Fundamentals training before signing up for a membership (see below).
4 sessions of 1 hour each, usually distributed over 2 weeks. Each session will focus on a movement pattern and associated accessories, with a short WOD to put your newly learnt skills into practice. *If you decide to join after your Fundamentals, you will need to join within one month of your last session.
