If you access and use the website (the Site), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms and Conditions of InTouch CrossFit.
All services purchased from InTouch CrossFit must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a digital waiver on the ZenPlanner app, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Box and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release InTouch CrossFit, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.
Memberships are on a rolling one month basis. Once a membership is taken out, it will automatically renew on the same date each month. Please see cancellation policy below if you wish to end your contract with us.
Bulk Buy memberships are one off payments, with 10 classes to be used within three months. After all the classes are used or three months have passed (whichever is soonest) the Bulk Buy will not renew.
To register or purchase from the InTouch CrossFit’s online booking system (ZenPlanner), you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
Payments are made as one off purchases (per class or Bulk Buys) or as recurring single payments for monthly memberships (this is not the same as a Direct Debit). A recurring single payment is rolled over on the same day each month.
All purchases made (classes, memberships, etc.) are non-refundable, except for reasons supported by a medical certificate.* You must provide two weeks’ notice in writing/email in order to cancel forthcoming membership payments after which time that month’s payment will be taken.
If you wish to pause/freeze your membership, you can do so for up to six months (one month minimum). Pausing may be required due to injury, scheduling problems, travelling, etc, where you want to keep your membership valid and protect it from any potential price increases. By pausing for more than one month, you are agreeing to pay £5 per month to keep your membership valid (this can be set up to be paid automatically). Failure to pay the £5 fee will result in your membership being cancelled. You may re-join at any time convenient to you. At the end of your pause, you will receive notification from InTouch CrossFit that your pause is coming to an end, asking if you wish to reactivate your account, extend the pause or cancel. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, your membership will be cancelled.
*Medical Membership Cancellations: Membership cancellation is permitted where a Member is not able to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the Member is not permitted or advised not to participate is required and upon receipt a refund will be processed.
Booking in: You can book up to two weeks in advance and up to one hour in advance.
Cancellation: 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of single classes. Missed classes without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.
Medical Class Cancellations: Cancellation is permitted where a Member is not able to participate in a single class for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the Member was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup class will be issued.
Medical Membership Cancellations: Membership cancellation is permitted where a Member is not able to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the Member is not permitted or advised not to participate is required and upon receipt a refund will be processed.
